I was kindly offered this course at the Arnold UK in March, I am very open about learning about as much as I can about bodybuilding. I really liked the format, digestible PDF documents to read through and good quality video. The nutrition chapter was my favourite and Shawn was very open and honest saying that heres the core food you need but everyones body and BMR etc is different, so experiementation to see what is right for you personally is a big part in the journey. I would highly recommend the course.
